''Leptosteges flavifascialis'' is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Barnes and McDunnough in 1913. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from South Carolina to Georgia south into Florida. The wingspan is about 13 mm. The forewings are white with a golden-brown discal patch and two golden-brown bands, as well as a golden-brown strip along the basal half of the costa and another strip from the subterminal band to the center of the outer margin. The terminal line is brown.
